Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe

The OSCE, formerly named Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe, also plays a role in the field of human rights. One relevant document from the year 1990 can be found here.

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the UN Commission on Human Rights
